Experience Our New Digital Banking

Update your Mobile App

You will need to update or redownload our Mobile App depending on your device.

  • Apple Device Users
    You will need to update the existing app. Go to your devices’ App Store and check your available updates. Update the Citizens Bank of WV mobile app. This will happen automatically if you have auto-updates enabled.
  • Android Device Users
    You will need to delete our old mobile app and download the new mobile app. Go to your device’s app store and search for “Citizens Bank of WV”.

First-Time Login

On June 15 or thereafter, the first-time login process may be completed either online or via your mobile app. Once completed, you will have a seamless digital banking experience across any device.

With our digital banking upgrade, business online banking customers will now have access to mobile banking. Download the Citizens Mobile Banking App in Google Play or the App Store.

1. START BY ENTERING YOUR EXISTING USERNAME

Begin by finding the login section of the website or mobile app. Use your existing Username.

2. ENTER YOUR PASSWORD AND LOGIN

Your password is your Username plus the last four of your Social Security Number (SSN) or EIN. Example: Username1234

3. UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD

You will be prompted to update your password.

4. SECURITY QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Select a question from each of the 3 drop-down menus and set an answer for each.

5. VERIFY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Set up eBills

You will need to re-enroll eBills in our new Bill Pay service on June 15 or soon after.

HOW TO SET UP eBILL

On Monday, June 15 or as soon as possible:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking and select “Move Money“.
  2. Select the Payee and if elibigle for eBills you will see “enroll” under the payee’s name.
  3. Enter your login credentials for the payee’s website. If applicable, users will also be prompted for additional information.
  4. Review the terms and conditions, then select “Accept and Submit“.
