The Credit Risk Officer serves as a credit analyst that is primarily responsible for the spread, review and analysis of personal and business financials statements and tax returns for both new loan requests and existing loans that meet defined exposure limits as well as selected lines of credit. The Credit Risk Officer prepares detailed loan summaries on new loan requests that meet or exceed defined criteria for use by the loan officers, chief credit officers, Directors Loan Committee or Board of Directors in determining whether to grant new loan requests or maintain existing loan facilities. The Credit Risk Officer may be called upon to assist in this process by explaining data or trends when necessary. Remote work may be available, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

The Customer Service Center Specialist is a versatile role that reports to the Customer Service Center Manager. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide superior customer experience while delivering results that align with building and retaining strong relationships in a virtual environment. This role is responsible for promoting personal and friendly interaction while ensuring a thorough and knowledgeable solution for the customer’s reason for contact. This role will act as the advocate for the customer and will take ownership of the end-to-end client experience.

We have an opening for a Head Teller/Universal Banker in our New Martinsville office. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager and is responsible for supervising branch tellers, maintaining cash vault and other related teller duties, along with sales and service activities at the branch level, including assisting customers with new account needs.

The Loan Collector position is accountable for evaluating the Bank’s delinquent loan accounts and for initiating, pursuing and ensuring their prompt collection in compliance with bank policy and applicable provisions of the Consumer Credit & Protection Act. This position covers collections activities for the entire loan portfolio, and can be performed from any of our financial centers located in Randolph, Tucker, Upshur, or Pocahontas counties.

The Mortgage Specialist’s primary responsibilities include soliciting, generating, originating and closing real estate loans that will either be held in the bank’s portfolio or processed though the bank’s secondary market channel.
The Mortgage Specialist handles phone inquiries regarding home loans and will interview loan applicants and see that the loan is processed in accordance to the bank’s or lenders current procedures.
This position will help sell bank products and generate new business opportunities for the bank. This person will be responsible to make business development calls, concentrating on the real estate market, with the goal of generating additional volume for the bank. The Mortgage Specialist is also responsible for the maintenance of mortgage loans, and in the event of delinquency, the collection of loan payments (working with the Bank’s Collection Department).
This position will serve both the Elkins and Buckhannon financial centers, requiring regular visits to both locations.

We have an opening for a Universal Banker at our Elkins office. This position will work with the teller and deposit areas of the bank, including the opening of new deposit accounts. There may be times when the Universal Banker will be called upon to work at other branch locations. The candidate must be reliable, maintain professionalism, work with accuracy, and have excellent organizational skills. Prior banking experience is preferred.

We have an opening for a full-time Universal Banker at our New Martinsville office. This position is responsible for daily teller functions, customer transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage/consumer/other loan payments and other transactions as needed. The Universal Banker will issue official (cashier) checks, process cash advances, change orders, and additional functions as needed. This position will also open new deposit accounts and update existing accounts as necessary (such as signature card changes). The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused while maintaining a positive image of the bank to all customers.
