The Commercial Loan Assistant will report directly to the Chief Lending Officer. The primary responsibilities of this position are to expedite closings of commercial loans by preparing all loan documentation from the approved credit summary; serve as liaison with legal counsel, borrower, and third-party vendors in ordering, coordinating receipt, and review of all required documents. This position will input loan data and ensure compliance of all loan documentation and other duties associated with same. Prior loan experience preferred.

The Customer Service Center Specialist is a versatile role that reports to the Customer Service Center Manager. This role’s primary responsibility is to provide superior customer experience while delivering results that align with building and retaining strong relationships in a virtual environment. This role is responsible for promoting personal and friendly interaction while ensuring a thorough and knowledgeable solution for the customer’s reason for contact. This role will act as the advocate for the customer and will take ownership of the end-to-end client experience.

We are looking to fill an Evening Maintenance and Janitorial Services position from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm at our Elkins office. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities – including the main office, drive thru, or branches if needed – are always kept clean and in good operating order.
Key responsibilities include maintaining all cleaning operations, such as floors, mopping, windows, bathrooms, and vacuums; cleaning of ATMs and Drive Thru Kiosks, taking daily mail to post office, daily collection of garbage and shred. Candidate will also assist with picking up trash and debris on bank grounds as well as maintaining sidewalks and flower beds between landscaper visits. Various other tasks and jobs are assigned as needed.

The primary responsibilities of this position include the processing and document preparation for new real estate loans, oral and written communication with Attorneys, Appraisers and Realtors and adherence to Mortgage Regulations and Bank Loan Policies. Secondary responsibilities are filing, follow-up on documents needed for loan completion and tracking of exception items.
This position requires a direct working relationship with Personal Bankers and the Mortgage Underwriter. Accuracy, speed and excellent oral and written communication skills are an integral part of this position. We have an opening for a Universal Banker at our Elkins office. This position will work with the teller and deposit areas of the bank, including the opening of new deposit accounts. There may be times when the Universal Banker will be called upon to work at other branch locations. The candidate must be reliable, maintain professionalism, work with accuracy, and have excellent organizational skills. Prior banking experience is preferred.
