Internal Transfers & Payments

SPIN P2P– Person-to-Person  Payments

SPIN P2P (Person-to-Person) payments allow you to send money to your friends and family almost instantly.

  • It is FREE to use within your Digital Banking account
  • Funds are sent almost instantly
  • Funds are available in the destination account even after normal banking hours
  • Funds can be sent to almost anyone in the US with a MasterCard or Visa debit card
  • Secure transactions using the same technology as your Digital Banking account
  • Transfers are made using your debit card
  • All account numbers are kept secure and neither person sees each other’s accounts

Request It Today

Once activated, you can find SPIN P2P in “Move Money” by clicking any of your existing Payees or using the + to a new payee.

Bill Pay

Pay your bills any time of day from any place you have internet access with Bill Pay through digital banking.  Save postage, time, and trees!

  • Pay all your bills in one place with only one password
  • Pay anyone you would normally pay by check—any company or individual in the U.S.
  • Schedule future and repeating payments and avoid late fees (provided you have sufficient funds available in the account from which you are paying)
  • Keep a payment history
  • Receive electronic bills (eBills) from participating payees within digital banking; then view, pay, or file them for recordkeeping.
  • Get email reminders when a payment is due, or to confirm that it has been sent
  • Create bill payment reports
  • Make a one-time Expedited or Overnight Check payment to a participating payee


    1. Log in to Digital Banking and select “Move Money“.
    2. Select the Payee and if elibigle for eBills you will see “enroll” under the payee’s name.
    3. Enter your login credentials for the payee’s website. If applicable, users will also be prompted for additional information.
    4. Review the terms and conditions, then select “Accept and Submit“.


External Transfers

  • Transfer money to and from accounts at other institutions using External Transfers
  • Have just a loan with us?  You can pay it by linking an external account for payment as a transfer in to the loan. Click here for instructions.

Manage Cards

Easily manage your debit card while protecting yourself from fraud.

Log in to Digital Banking and go to the “Manage Cards” tab to:

  • Turn your debit card on or off
  • Activate new debit cards
  • Change your PIN
  • Set travel notifications. Enter your traveling dates, destinations, and major stops while on the road
  • Request an immediate, but temporary increase in purchase limits

STASH – Personal Finance Manager

Our Personal Finance Manager tool, STASH,  provides a consolidated view of your account balances and spending habits.  You can sync accounts with nearly 15,000 financial institutions or your 401k provider for a complete view of your complete financial picture.

Add An Account

Syncing other accounts in STASH for a complete financial picture is simple. Then you can track your account relationships with almost all financial institutions automatically, including credit card providers and investment firms. Once all of your accounts are synced, track spending, set budgets, calculate your net worth and more.

  1.  Select “Add” above your current account listing.
  2. Select an institution or use the search to find your institution.
  3. Enter in the required information and select “Connect”.

Once the account has been synced successfully, it will be listed under STASH Accounts on the Accounts tab.



Visually tracking your financial goals can help you take control and makes reaching your goals much quicker and easier. Create savings goals in PFM, like saving for a vacation, or a debt reduction goal, like paying off a high-rate credit card.

  1. Select “Add A Goal” on the Goals tile in the Accounts tab.
  2. Select your desired pay off or savings goal.
  3. Fill in the required information.
  4. Click the “Create” button to complete the process of adding a new goal.

Keep in mind, your Goal Summary at the bottom of the page will update your completion date and the amount needed per month according to your preferences in the form.

Goals will automatically update your progress and will reflect your day-to-day account balances in STASH.



The power of STASH is in helping you monitor how you are spending your money. Learn how to set up Spending Targets with STASH’s budget feature. In the Budget tile you can monitor your spending targets each month and view monthly spending trends.

Budgets within STASH are tracked using the tags from the transaction feed.

  1.  Click on ‘Budget’ at the top of the page.
  2.  Click on the Spending Target you’d like to edit from the list.
  3. At the top of the page, click the ‘EDIT or ‘DELETE’ button.
  4. You can change the name, amount, tags, and accounts associated with this Spending Target from here.

  • eStatements are accessed securely through Citizens Bank digital banking and reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft that comes with paper delivery and disposal
  • Enjoy faster delivery – receive email notifications as soon as your eStatement is available
  • Receive eStatements for many of your Citizens Bank accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, loans, and mortgages
  • eStatement customers will also receive eNotices (electronic delivery of notices like overdraft notices, late payment notices for loans, or CD maturity notices)

To enroll in eStatements, log in to your digital banking account and click Documents, and follow the steps below:

  1. Choose Statements under Document Type
  2. Select the Accounts you want to receive eStatements
  3. Click Apply
  4. Review Terms and select your accounts for eStatement Enrollment
  5. Click View Test Document to confirm your device is capable of displaying the documents
  6. Click Accept Terms
