Part-Time Loan Imaging Clerk | Elkins

The Loan Imaging Clerk reports directly to the Loan Operations Manager and is responsible for accurately imaging consumer loan files and related documents into the Bank’s core electronic file storage system. The position scans, indexes, organizes, and verifies documents so electronic loan files are complete, legible, correctly identified, secure, and readily retrievable.

This is a part-time support position. Success requires sustained attention to detail, consistent use of established imaging procedures, sound judgment when handling confidential customer information, and timely communication of missing, unclear, duplicate, or misfiled documents. The position does not approve loans, make credit decisions, or independently determine document retention requirements.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior banking, loan operations, records management, document imaging, data entry, or general office experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn the Bank’s imaging, file storage, and loan-related systems.
  • Ability to read and accurately match names, account numbers, dates, document types, and other identifying information.
  • Ability to maintain concentration and accuracy while performing repetitive scanning, indexing, and quality-control tasks.
  • Ability to operate scanners, computers, copiers, and other equipment used in a typical office environment.
  • Ability to handle paper files and sit or stand for periods necessary to perform imaging responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Successful completion of required bank training, including information security, privacy, records retention, and other training applicable to the position.

Universal Banker | Elkins

We have an opening for a full-time Universal Banker at our Elkins financial center. This position is responsible for daily teller functions, customer transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, withdrawals, mortgage/consumer/other loan payments and other transactions as needed. The Universal Banker will issue official (cashier) checks, process cash advances, change orders, and additional functions as needed. This position will also open new deposit accounts and update existing accounts as necessary (such as signature card changes). The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused while maintaining a positive image of the bank to all customers.

Commercial Loan Assistant/CSR | Parkersburg

The Commercial Loan Assistant/CSR will expedite closing of Commercial loans by preparing all loan documentation from the approved credit summary. The role serves as a liaison between with legal counsel, borrower, and third-party vendors in ordering, coordinating receipt, and review of all required documents. Additional responsibilities include entering and maintaining loan data, supporting loan servicing activities, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. This position also assists customers with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and other banking products, while providing exceptional customer service.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years customer service; both lending and deposit experience preferred.
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills as well as utilization of office equipment.

Personal Banker | Parkersburg

The Personal Banker is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining long-term customer relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and exceptional service. This role works closely with existing and prospective customers to identify financial needs, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and connect customers with specialized departments when needed.

The Personal Banker will solicit, generate, originate and close real estate loans that will either be held in the bank’s portfolio or processed through the bank’s secondary market channel. This role will also assists customers with deposit products, consumer lending solutions, and other banking services while serving as a trusted financial resource.

EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Register with the NMLS based on the banks or lenders current requirements.
  • College degree with a major in Business, or Finance; or commensurate industry experience, at least five years experience in lending, in lieu of degree and deposit experience preferred.
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of accounting/finance principals and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills such as typing and utilization of various software and programs, as well as utilization of office equipment such as printers, copiers, PIN devices, and ATM/ITM
