Nathaniel S. Bonnell, President & CEO of Citizens Bank of West Virginia, recently announced that Lee Falls has been hired as the Financial Center Manager in Thomas.
Falls adds years of banking experience to the team, having previously served as a Junior Bank Officer, Assistant Auditor, and Personal Banker. He looks forward to forging new customer relationships and strengthening the Bank’s community outreach in Tucker County.
As Financial Center Manager, Falls will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Thomas Financial Center, support and develop team members, and ensure customers have access to the products and services that best meet their financial needs. He will also play a key role in fostering community connections and supporting the bank’s continued commitment to the region.

William “Bill” Phillips has been promoted to Assistant Vice President & Commercial Lender. A member of the Citizens Bank team since 1998, Phillips brings nearly 30 years of banking experience to his role. He managed the Beverly Financial Center for eleven years before transitioning to Financial Center Manager & Commercial Lender, where he managed both the Elkins and Beverly Financial Centers. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President.
In his new role, Phillips will leverage his extensive experience to support local businesses in achieving their financial goals through customized lending solutions.
